I actually like the hat, but the customer service was kinda disappointing. I emailed about my order and it took a few days to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt super rushed and didn’t really solve much lol. Not the worst experience ever, but I def expected better support from Brimmz Hats.

I ordered from brimmz-hats.com and the whole thing went Smooth. The hat showed up looking just like the photos, and it actually fit me better than I thought it would. Shipping was decent too, nothing weird with the package or anything. I’ve already worn it a bunch and even got a few compliments, so yeah, I’d definitely buy from them again

I’ve been wearing mine almost every day for months now, it’s still holding its shape just fine. No loose stitching so far either — happy with it.

I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I don’t have a ton to say, but this hat is really well made. The stitching looks clean, and the brim feels solid without being too stiff. Just a good, reliable hat.

The hat itself is fine, nothing really wrong with it, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. It feels like one of those products where the company is more focused on making a bigger profit than giving you something that actually matches what you paid for.

The embroidery came out really clean, and I didn’t notice any loose threads or messy spots. If you’re looking for something with a neat, finished look, I’d say this is a solid pick.

The box arrived looking bent up, like it may have gotten tossed around a bit during shipping...

I’m really into the designs on these hats. They’re cool without being too flashy, which I like. My cap has a clean look, and even the little details on it make it feel easy to wear with most of my outfits.

Overall, I’d probably give it 4 stars. The site was easy to browse and the range is good, but I do wish there had been a few more options available in my size.

I ordered a black snapback in medium, but what showed up was navy and not even the right size. It felt a little misleading because I thought I was getting exactly what was listed. Support did respond, but getting it sorted out took way longer than it should have. Not the worst experience ever, just frustrating.

The hat looked fine, but the fit was just weird. It was tight on the sides and somehow still loose on top, which got annoying fast. I checked the sizing before I ordered, so I don’t really get how it ended up fitting like that. Probably not buying another one.

The hat looked alright in person, but wow... the sizing was not right at all!! I ordered my usual size, and it felt way too tight?? Super annoying because I was expecting it to fit like normal. i probably wouldn’t buy it again..
